CHOOSING A MATE

Hello this is yet again an opportunity for the word of God to come your way. I believe that this message will great enhance your life and also clear up your attitude towards choosing a right partner for marriage.

"... It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him" (Genesis 2:18 KJV). 

"Now the Lord God said, It is not good (sufficient, satisfactory) that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper  meet (suitable, adapted, completing) for him" (Genesis 2:18 Amplified).

The Lord wants to bring a mate to those who will ask Him and have the patience to wait for His choice.

There are some single people who are constantly out looking for a mate, and they are miserable because God has not sent them one yet. They have prayed and prayed, yet they still have no mate. Some settle for Satan's provision instead of asking God for the patience to wait for the one whom He would send. If they would look to Jesus and seek to please Him, rather than being concerned about a mate, soon they would find the right one crossing their path. Looking for a man or woman to just keep them from being lonely or just to fill their needs or to be a father or mother to their children should not be the only reasons for desiring a mate. They also need to be concerned about what kind of husband or wife they would be for a mate. These single people are still much in the flesh if they just want their own needs met. They should ask the Lord to fill them with His love and peace.

Being single is an important time to prepare us for marriage. It can also be a time to experience a closer communion with God. As we seek God to cleanse us of the world and help us become the kind of wife or husband that would bless someone, we will soon find that we are not lonely. First, the Lord would begin using us to bless others; then we will find we are content in Him. Eventually, in God's plan and timing, He will bless us with a wonderful mate so that both lives can be a witness for Him. We believe if a marriage cannot glorify the Lord, then it would be better to remain alone. There are worse things than being alone. One of these is to be out of God's will by compromising and marrying someone who does not feel the same way we do about the Lord.

Marriage is the second major choice we make in our lives, and we should never enter into it without much prayer. To rush into a marriage can be disastrous. The most important decision of our lives, of course, is our decision to follow the Lord. This decision is not a one-time declaration, but a daily determination to follow Jesus above all. If we allow the emotional or soulish realm to dominate our lives we become more susceptible to the enemy leading us astray through someone. This area of the flesh should be brought under the Lord's subjection so that Satan does not get the advantage and consequently destroy our lives and ministries. So many have failed the Lord because they chose a man or woman over the Lord.

We find this true throughout the Bible, too. Solomon's heathen wives led him into idolatry. Samson lost his eyes because of a woman, Delilah. David committed murder because of passion for Bathsheba.

Our emotions need to be cleansed as they are not the sign of love. The true definition of love is "God is love." If God is not in a relationship it is not true love. What this world calls love is really lust since it is built on what the other person does for me, not what I can do for him or her. If the other person fails to keep up his end of the bargain, a divorce occurs because the offended mate is no longer pleased. This is the attitude of the world's so-called "love." God's love loves without receiving back; God's love is forgiving and patient. God's love is gentle and kind. God's love waits. God's love sacrifices.

1 Corinthians 13 in the Bible gives us a beautiful definition of real love: (In this King James translation the word "charity" means "love.")

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Man's emotions are not a reliable gauge upon which to establish a marriage relationship. We must know in the Spirit that it is God's will. It is much better to marry for character than for emotion. Emotions fluctuate; character doesn't. Emotions are in the soulish realm, and unless the carnal mind has been renewed, Satan can give us emotions or feelings of love for someone of his choosing. (If he did not have this in his power, he could not split up marriages.) One of his favorite techniques is to suddenly take away the feelings one once had for his mate and give feelings for someone else. When he has successfully convinced a person that he no longer loves his or her mate, then he leads them to divorce, whispering, "You are living a lie." After he has destroyed that marriage, he then leads one to marry again by stirring their emotions for another. Often after their next marriage something happens that they do not expect. Before too long, friction begins to develop with the new mate, then arguing. Finally, they find the same thing has happened again; they feel no emotion for their new mate and the next divorce is in the making. "Falling" in love is Satan's way. The very expression of these words should tell us something. A Christian should not blindly "fall" into any trap. Love is bigger than simply falling for someone. Certainly, the Lord gives us a wonderful emotional feeling for the one we are to marry. However, this "feeling" without God's direction can be disastrous as Satan can tamper with our emotions and feelings too.

Marriage, in a Christian's life, should be based on a decision directed by the Holy Spirit. A Christian's love for another is a commitment. Of course, the Lord will supply the emotions for the mate He sends, but that should not be the criterion for making the decision to marry. The Lord should be sought, and whatever He speaks to us we should do. He knows the future and what is best for us. If we trust Him He will not fail us in this or any other important area. Women or men who allow emotions to rule them will never be victorious Christians. Emotions should always follow, never lead.

During Old and New Testament times, fathers and mothers chose the mates for their children. God's people were very careful to choose those who were "believers." We find this practice still prevalent in India and other Eastern cultures. The parents, being older and more prudent, made wiser decisions than the children in this area. The divorce rate in India is only about 7%, whereas in the USA, at the present, it is nearing 50%. Marriages that are loveless can be saved and restored simply by asking God to restore the love that was once there. Sexual relationships can also be healed by praying for a desire for one's mate. Prayer is a mighty weapon. God's love can mend and heal, providing people are willing to lay down their lives for their mates. His love will not fade, as does the love of the world.

Those who are single and have never been married are cautioned in God's Word to seek a mate who is a like believer. "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14)." Many precious people suffer because they are living with unsaved mates. Some did not have Christ when they made their marriage decision, but they have since found the Lord. Those will have God's grace and love to win their mates for Jesus. The Lord always strives to bring the lost mate to Himself through the partner who knows Him. Mighty miracles of deliverance and salvation have occurred when people have endured suffering in order to bring their mates to the Lord. Those people who have the light, but choose to marry into darkness by yoking themselves to unsaved mates find that their flesh has led them away from God.

The Lord wants to bless marriage unions and see His plans fulfilled in both mates' lives. What a glorious plan He had from the beginning for both male and female. We can trust Him in this important decision. If we will totally commit to do His will we will never be disappointed in the one He sends into our lives.

We have witnessed devastation so vast that there are some who still don’t believe what has actually happened. The television accounts have allowed us to see a part of what has happened, but there is no account as detailed as that experienced by those who have been in the midst of floods, wildfires, earthquakes, tsunamis or any other disaster.
Lives have been lost, and uncivilized behavior raised its ugly head, primal behavior driven by desperation and deprivation. All we have is faith – faith that God is still in control; faith that if God’s people who are called by His name would humble themselves and pray and seek His face and turn from their wicked ways, that He will hear from heaven, forgive our sins, and heal the land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

All we have is faith that America will seek God while God may be found – from the White House to the outhouse, from the pulpit to the pew, from the high-rise to the hut. All we have is faith, and it is our faith that helps us dare to hope when we remember that the unfailing love of the Lord never ends! Great is His faithfulness; every morning new mercies we see.
Jeremiah, the weeping prophet, mourns for God’s people in the midst of their own destruction and devastation. It is through the prophet Jeremiah that we understand not only God’s judgment, but God’s mercy and hope for humanity. It is through Jeremiah that Israel is called back to God in the midst of destruction.

We find ourselves today as a nation affected by all that has happened as related to economics, catastrophic weather, and employment. We are in a position where only our faith will see us through. Our faith will cause us to stay connected to the call and cause of Christ even in the midst of despair and destruction. Our faith will cause us to examine our lives and our walk with Christ. It is our faith that helps us to continue to walk with Christ and not walk away feeling abandoned and betrayed. After all, scripture tells us that God rewards those who diligently seek Him. Scripture tells us that the righteous have never been forsaken nor their seed begging bread. Scripture tells us to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all other things will be added unto us. It’s in our times of distress and despair that the enemy causes us to question God and His word.
Faith is all that we have. It is in Lamentations 3:19-24 that Jeremiah declares, “The thought of my suffering and homelessness is bitter beyond words. I will never forget this awful time, as I grieve over my loss. Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this:
“The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to myself, “The LORD is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!”
All we have is our faith!

This is true luv!!. 

The wedding.  Her name is Katie Kirkpatrick, 21 yrs old. Next to her is her fiancé, Nick, 23. This picture was taken prior to their wedding January 11th, 2005. Katie has terminal cancer and spends hours in chemotherapy. Here Nick awaits while she finishes one of the sessions...  Even in pain and dealing with her organs shutting down, with the help of morphine, Katie took care of every single part of the wedding planning. Her dress had to be adjusted several times due to Katie 's constant weight loss.  An expected guest was her oxygen tank. Katie had to use it during the ceremony and reception. The other couple in this picture is Nick's parents, very emotional with the wedding and to see their son marrying the girl he fell in love when he was an adolescent.  Katie , in a wheel chair listening to her husband and friends singing to her.  In the middle of the party, Katie had to rest for a bit and catch her breath. The pain does not allow her to stand for long period of time.  Katie died 5 days after her wedding. To see a fragile woman dress as bride with a beautiful smile makes you think... happiness is always there within reach, no matter how long it lasts..... lets enjoy life and don't live a complicated life. Life is too short. Work as if it was your first day. Forgive as soon as possible. Love without boundaries... Laugh without control and never stop smiling. Please pray for those suffering from cancer.  We all have close to our heart. Keep this going. Prayers are always answered. Get It To Give It

There is no more important time to line up with God’s financial system than now. In this time of financial crisis, many are in fear. They are concerned about how the struggling U.S. economy is affecting them. The thing about fear, though, is that it is selfish. It only thinks about me and mine.
Fear is the opposite of faith, and it is motivated by selfishness which is the opposite of love. Yet, God’s Word teaches us that we receive from him by faith and that our faith works by love.

God’s financial system works for you when you focus on the needs of others rather than your own. Matthew 6:33 teaches us to ‘seek first the kingdom of God’ and then ‘all these things will be added to you.’ Philippians 4:19 has a promise from God to meet all of our needs regardless of what’s going on in the economy.

God’s ultimate goal for your financial life isn’t that you just receive abundantly but that you give abundantly. God’s plan for your life is that you be a generous giver-- someone who is so abundantly blessed that you are able to give abundantly for God’s purposes. Jesus said in Acts 20:35 that it is better to give than to receive.

God wants you going through life experiencing the superior joy that comes from giving and that is one of the reasons why He wants to get abundance to you. Even more importantly, He’s thinking of those who are without in this life, especially those without Him, who will benefit from your generosity.

God understands that for you to be able to give abundantly, you must receive abundantly. You must Get it to Give it! One of my desires is to get to a place financially where I can GIVE $1 million a year for God’s purposes. My goal is to give abundantly, not just receive abundantly for my purposes. And when (not if) the time comes that I am receiving from Him on that level, it will be vitally important that I remember the purpose for it coming into my life.

Whatever God has given you, some of it is in your hands simply for you to give to His purposes. Remembering the purpose for the money God has given you is an important step in lining up with God’s system. It’s when God knows that you truly understand this principle that He will trust you with more.

In this time of recession stop focusing on your financial needs and look around for someone that you can help with whatever God has placed in your hands now. Doing just that will position you to GET even more so you can GIVE more in the days to come!

The Hard Fight Against Lust

The American Heritage Dictionary defines lust as “a sexual craving, especially excessive or unrestrained; any overwhelming desire or craving.” While there are many types of lust, sexual lust is probably one of the most dangerous because it is a seed that, when planted, can produce a harvest of fornication and even death.
James 1:14-15 (AMP) says, “But every person is tempted when he is drawn away, enticed and baited by his own evil desire (lust, passions). Then the evil desire, when it has conceived, gives birth to sin, and sin, when it is fully matured, brings forth death.”

Anytime you have an overwhelming sexual desire for someone who is not your spouse, it has the potential to kill you and pull you away from the will of God for your life.

Why do people give in to sexual lust? Because it “feels good” or because they don’t really believe that there are consequences. The truth of the matter is that lust can be difficult to control because it is a desire that cannot be quenched. Lust will never be satisfied; it must always have more.

To combat lust, you must create boundaries in your life that help keep you out of potentially compromising situations. If you’re single, for example, avoid late-night visits and phone conversations with members of the opposite sex.

Or, if you know you are challenged in this area, confide in a friend who can keep you accountable and help you maintain your purity. But the best way to quench the fire of lust is through the Word of God. It is always the best source of power when it comes to defeating any type of sin, including lust. If you are struggling with lust, follow these steps to help you overcome this sin in your life:

1) Focus on the will of God. When you choose to give your attention to anything that opposes God’s Word, you leave yourself vulnerable for lust to enter your mind, body and spirit. It then conceives and brings forth sin, and eventually leads to death. Stay focused on God’s will and plan for your life. Stay on track!

2) Guard your eyes and ears. If you conceive a child, nine months later a child will be born. It is the same way with lust. If you sit up all night watching pornography, for example, that seed will be planted into your spirit and you’ll eventually see the results of it in your life. Make it a point to monitor the material you allow into your spirit through your eyes and ears. It really does have an ability to alter your behavior.

3) Think about the Word. Satan’s most powerful weapon is the power of suggestion. His job is to try to inject a pattern of thinking into your mind that goes against the Word of God. But if you continue to read and study God’s Word, your mind will be better equipped to discern the truth from Satan’s lies.

4) Speak the Word. Try this exercise. Count to yourself from 1 to 10, keeping your mouth closed. Now say out loud, “Glory Hallelujah!” What happened to your counting? It stopped. Why? Because it was captured by what was coming out of your mouth. You can combat lustful thoughts and desires by shifting your focus to the Word of God and making daily verbal confessions over your life about your purity and wholeness in Christ.

Make this confession over your life: Father, I thank You that today I am free from the spirit of lust. I will no longer think lustful thoughts, but instead I will think on things that are true, things that are noble, just and pure (Philippians 4:8).

I walk in complete victory and self-control over my mind and my body in Jesus’ name, amen!

Keeping Yourself Holy and Pure

There are many traps set for the single individual who is living holy. The Bible tells you what to do in a dating relationship that begins to develop into ungodly behavior. 1 Cor. 6:17 says to flee fornication. What does "flee" mean? Flee doesn't mean, "I can deal with it." Flee means get on your running shoes and run. In other words, when you come into a scenario and sense that there is ungodly potential there, don't hang around. Get out of Dodge. That is how you keep yourself holy.
Prayer is essential for the single individual. You have to be prayed up so that you can see trouble coming, and so that you will have strength to flee. Proverbs 6:27 says, "Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned?" Flee that situation.

This is one reason why a born again brother may end a relationship with a born again sister. Men know that they cannot deal with holding on to a woman and stay holy. So, if he dates a single woman a couple of times, and she jumps all on him, he is going to cut it short. He is trying to be saved. If this woman keeps on messing with him he knows he is going to get in trouble. So he decides he cannot see her anymore, and ends it.

That goes the other way too. Here is a single woman living holy before God. She is dating this guy. They have only been out once or twice, and he has his paws all over her. Here is what to do with him: "Sorry Charlie. I'm looking for a holy man." She will not deal with him any further. She is looking for somebody who can exhibit control.

Holiness is self-control. The way to get a godly mate is to exhibit self-control in your life. Nothing is worth losing your testimony over. So, stay in prayer and in the Word. It is there that you will be strengthened to keep yourself holy and pure, and to live a life pleasing to God.

Answering the Call to Holiness

Many Christians do not take holiness seriously. They do not realize that to be holy is a commandment from God. Since God has called us to holiness, we have to will ourselves to live the holy life.
In 1 Peter 1:13 -16, we see God's call to holiness: "Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, 'Be holy, for I am holy.'"
We also find in II Timothy 1:8-9, "...share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began."


Everything that refers to God is holy. Holiness is the very essence of who He is. Our lives should always exemplify what Jesus' life was like when He lived on earth, because He exemplified what God's life is--a life of holiness. This was evident when Satan tempted Him in the wilderness. No matter what Satan tempted Jesus with, or how often Satan tempted Him, Jesus never yielded to him.


Holiness is the quality of life. It should not be confused with two similar terms such as sanctification, which means to be set apart, and righteousness, which means right standing with God. When you were born again, you were made the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ.


Paul tells us this in II Corinthians 5:21, "For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." He also writes in 1 Corinthians 1:2, "... to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints..."


God makes us righteous and sanctifies us through Jesus Christ; those are things that He does. But it is up to us to be obedient to His call to holiness. We do not have to do anything to be sanctified, other than to live a sanctified life. Living the sanctified life is called holiness. This is how our character gets established. So Christians can't do anything to be righteous or sanctified, but everything to be holy.


It may seem difficult, but you can be holy, just as God the Father and Jesus are holy. It will take effort because it does not come overnight. You have to train yourself and remove yourself from unholy people, places, things and actions. You have to will yourself to do it. You have to go in the opposite direction of where your flesh or your mind may want to take you. You must remember that God cannot be involved in any kind of sin or immorality. When you get into sin or immorality, you park His power at the door and enter at your own risk.


Christians should desire to be pleasing to God instead of compromising their standards to please others. They must tell themselves, "I can abstain from fornication; I will not commit adultery; I will not worry; I will not overeat; I will not be jealous; I will not be envious; I will not be full of strife; I will not lie; I will not do anything that Jesus wouldn't do because I am holy."


To be victorious in living a life of holiness, you need to be filled with the Holy Spirit. You need the Holy Spirit, the power of God, to help you because Satan will oppose you when you commit to obeying the Word of God. You need the supernatural power of God because Satan is a supernatural enemy. It is a supernatural life that God has called you to. It is a life of joy, peace and fulfillment.


The act of holiness is not an impossible task. God would never tell us to do something or be something that is impossible to accomplish. You can be holy; you can count yourself as dead to sin; you can overcome those temptations just as Jesus did because God has already made a way of escape.


Paul tells us this in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it."


So, whatever challenge you're faced with, don't give up. It's a fight all your life. It doesn't matter how many times you fall; get up because one of these times, you're going to get the victory over that temptation so you can be right for God and live the life of holiness as you were called to do.

Why does generosity seem to move so slowly in some parts of God's family? It is simple: we are afraid that if we give away our money, food, possessions, time and energy - there will not be enough left to meet our own needs! In these verses we overhear Jesus teaching His disciples not to worry about anything, because Father God is a giver by nature. Romans 8:32 says, "He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all - how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?" In giving Jesus as the Saviour of the world, He also promised to provide for all who believe in Him (John 16:27).

Make no mistake, salvation embraces our guilt and also our need. God cannot allow the subjects of His Kingdom to be destitute. Indeed, He gives to us as His agents of mercy; so that we can pass it on to others too. Retaining it all for ourselves will deprive those around us of what they might need. All that we retain for ourselves will leak away like money in purses with holes; but if given away, the blessing will be multiplied, our daily needs satisfied and God will be glorified. Jesus is not saying that the more you give the more you will get (He does not promise riches but enough for each day). But He is saying that citizens of His kingdom have a responsibility to use the resources He gives us in a way which will honour the King and meet the needs of others.

It starts to go wrong the moment we treasure His gifts as personally ours to retain for ourselves. If we treasure our personal security so much that we can never share, we are not treasuring the Lord who gives us all things. But if we love Him above all else, then what we have will be seen as His treasure to be used for whatever purpose will please Him. That kind of lifestyle will give worry no place to breed. If we trust the Lord for our daily supply then we don't need to spend anxious hours awake at night or be saturated by stress. That will be a great relief to us, and everybody around us too!

Prayer:  Gracious Lord. Thank You for this clear command to strengthen our faith by giving away what we night otherwise treasure up for ourselves. Please forgive me for holding on to my money and possessions too tightly, as if I have no loving Father, and no responsibility to share with others. And forgive me for getting so worried that I will not have enough. Please help me to obey Your leading about what I give away and trust You to keep on meeting my needs so that my friends and colleagues will see what a faithful God You are. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

WHY ON EARTH WAS I BORN?

WHY ON EARTH WAS I BORN?

Hello beloved, praise the Lord! A few years ago this Question came to me and not only me but also many people have come to me asking the same. Perhaps you too due to the challenges, and all sorts of negative occurrences you’ve asked yourself the same, I want you to give me your attention as unveil to you an answer to this question.

Many years ago, when I was four years my parents broke up; at a tender age I began a journey of passing through the iron hands and harsh treatment of different step mothers. you can imagine what kind of hell I was in being a son that was greatly loved by my dad, there was no choice for me to survive  opposition not forgetting the witchcraft charms I had to eat daily, that would be put in my food to fail me or even kill me.

I was always the best in class but when I came to form four third term, it was like hell was loose on me. My brain was blocked to the point that I narrowly missed my form four final examinations. At that point, every other opportunity, open doors, international connections I had, all got disconnected. I want to tell you that more than a half of this terrible life I spent it when I was saved like you may be. (However what I am sharing about covers both born a gains and non born a gains)

Years later I joined a church which deals with generational foundations and curses and that is Victory Church of Christ ministry Luzira. You may ask and say what does my story got to do with foundations and curses? Yes there’s.

In a number of annual conferences on curses and foundations at Victory Church of Christ, I got to understand why my life had something to do with four. Remember at the age of four my parents broke up and in form four when I was supposed to cross over to a new level I came across a hindrance in that my father refused to pay my school fees because my step mother refused him. Well after wards the issue of school fees was settled by a Good Samaritan.

Due to many hard times I went through, I began to see no head way in life and I remember asking myself why on earth was I born? However, in a stressful and tiresome hunt to know why I was different from the rest I seriously got involved in prayer and fasting through which God began to answer me by revealing to me things that were making me suffer.

In spite of the fact that I suffered, got humiliated, felt rejected and all sorts of ills I went through, I still got the right answer from associating with a local Church of Jesus Christ. And today I am a free man serving God with a good Job not because I was strong but all because God has a purpose why He created me on planet earth. Perhaps you are there depressed, suffering and cornered by the devil from all sides, I want to tell you “Don’t give up” there is a specific purpose and reason why it got to be you. And one of the reasons is to glorify God.

As God was refreshing and flashing this message in my heart to share it with you, He told me to tell someone out there, you are just at the point when you think you will never make it, you feel you are a mistake, and because of all that you have gone through it has made you attempt suicide several times. God told me to tell you ‘It is going to be well with you’. He has been watching your tears. But only believe in Him for this one more time.

And so let’s look at the things that can or may cause us ask ourselves this question why on were we born?

1.       Our Foundations.

Our forefathers planted our lives, future and destinies on wrong foundations that do not support good things to come our way. I personally speaking to you I am someone who comes from a background where idolatry and witchcraft are the highest order of the day where our forefathers sacrificed and also serviced these alters that do not glorify God. And so when you got saved, there were so many handwritings of these idols that were made in agreement with your fore fathers. Some of these alters support that you reach a certain limit in life, others support you to live shortly on earth and die while others permit you to live long but also cause you to suffer long and other don’t support prosperity, Marriage and happiness. The foundation which your forefathers laid for you may be a foundation that does not support a good marriage. Good Job, good health or even Children. That’s why when some people cross certain limits that their ancestors laid for them to stop at they begin to experience all kinds of forces fighting them from all sides.

This reminds me of a family where the father used to service a certain alter of witchcraft periodically that kept him wealthy but as time went on the demons began to ask for the blood of one of his relatives which he refused and later these demons killed him. After the death of this man his entire family especially his children begun to experience all terrible things that caused them become inadequate. These Children one by one began developing problems with their wombs and fallopian tubes of which they had to remove their wombs one by one at different intervals some died and only one survived but with no womb . Looking at this family their father in search for wealth laid for them a foundation that does not support continuity. That’s why today I want you to strongly deal with any wrong foundation that has been fighting your destiny and that would have been laid for you by your ancestors, parents or even jealousy people in Jesus name.

2.       Our Clan Names.

Here is where most of us all are enslaved ignorantly, the issue of names. Have you ever asked yourself what exactly the clan name you carry means?

In Genesis 32:26-29, there was a man who had great potential and destiny but his name was a doom to his destiny. This man’s name was Jacob meaning “The Sup planter” the Bible tells us that one day Jacob had to wrestle with God’s Angel in a persistent battle until the Angel said: what is your name? Then He replied, Jacob meaning ‘I am the sup planter’ and the Angel told him ‘your name will no longer be called Jacob but Israel’, why? Because you have wrestled with God and man and you have prevailed

Another man is Jabez in 1Choronicles 4:9-10 whose name meant pain. Now what do your name mean? Some of you have names like Tabu, Bizibuu, Achan, Seguya etc.

The Clan names we carry, if not dealt with they go before us announcing the very meaning they carry that’s why if your name is Tabu and you go to an office to ask for a Job, if they ask your name and you say I am Tabu, you are like telling the Human resource manager of that company that I am Mr. or Mrs. Problems.  In other words, I am ready to cause as much problems as my name is to the Company. Now who would want to give a key company position to someone called problems? That’s why each time you miss out on a Job interview, fail to marry after introduction, or miss out on any good thing that would have come to you by seconds, then try to reflect on your clan name. What does it mean?

There are many points I would have shared with you but these two however are points I wanted you to deal with as they are major in many people’s continual cycle of problems that make them ask questions like why on earth was I born? Does it have to be me? Why me? And many others.

Let’s look at the remedy to this question and others perhaps you have asked yourself before is that you ask yourself every day.

1.       For you to fully get the answer to as why on earth you were born you need to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. You also need to repent of unknown and known sins that your forefathers committed and totally cut yourself from them completely. At the end of this message don’t miss out on important prayer points that will guide you through.

2.       If you realize the above manifesting in your life then seek for deliverance from a right Church that carries out deliverance prayers and a Church that is built on the foundation of Righteousness. NOTE: Different Churches have different callings and so are the tasks they ought to carry out.

3.       Read the Word with understanding and get to know God’s promises for your life. Just as God in Joshua 1:8 says so shall he prosper your ways and make you successful in life.

If you have not yet made Christ as your Lord and savior why not give Him this opportunity to save your life? If you are ready please follow this simple prayer of commitment with me, say:

Dear Jesus, I come to you as a sinner, forgive all my sins. Today I accept the penalty you paid for me and the privilege you gave me through your suffering to become your Child. Today I confess with my heart that I am saved. Amen

1.       Say in the name of Jesus, I cover myself, with the blood of Jesus

2.       In the name of Jesus, I pull down every negative stronghold standing against me

3.       Every wrong foundation that is meant to destroy my life, die right now in the name of Jesus

4.       Every wrong foundation that was operating in my life to hinder my progress, Job, Business, promotion, finances, marriage and destiny be destroyed by fire in Jesus Name.

5.       Every wrong foundation (mention that foundation it may be poverty) that my ancestors laid for me, that was monitoring my progress, be destroyed in Jesus name.

6.       Every anti-prosperity alter that my forefathers and parents laid for me, die in the name of Jesus.
